Crains Petrophysical Handbook

It has been a few years since I visited Ross Crain's "Online Shareware Petrophysics Training and Reference Manual" website.  Many, many updates to what was already an excellent resource.  Play fair and pay your share..... I paid mine this morning and am looking forward to some quality time with the website and cdrom.

TED: Ideas Worth Spreading

Bite sized inspiration. Over 1400 talks on online.

Andy Pap's "Notes on Geophysics as Applied to Land Seismic Acquisition"

I was thinking of Andy on the flight back from the 2012 SEG. His handwritten notes and the "condensed printed manual" are classic and well worthy of an SEG monograph. These pdf documents are available on the freeusp.org website here .

Agile Geoscience Journal

Matt Hall and Evan Bianco's journal is now one of my guilty pleasures. Always thought provoking and interesting. Looking forward to another great conversation "over a pint" the next time they make it to Calgary.
